Stratify provides strategic consultancy tools and services for capture management and proposal development. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, explicit or implied.
02. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for the data you upload and the visualizations you create. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including the processing of classified information without prior authorization.
03. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Stratify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
04. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Stratify, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
